| 03/17/09 - They have point system. Capitans get 1.25 points, while servers get 1.0 point. When you start, they'll keep you on 0.75 point for a veeeery long time (basically robbing your 0.25 point every week). Major beneficiaries - capitans (who put all efforts to make sure you fail many-many times). The money is good, though, once you advance to 1.0 point.
