Servers Unite is a community generated networking tool. Its purpose is to inform a server of the conditions of a specific restaurant that they may be applying to.
We have all been in the position where we really needed money and were desperate for a job. And we have all taken a server job blindly, where conditions (management, money, hours, etc.) were less than ideal. With Servers Unite, we hope to be able to help one another by sharing information from our personal experiences working in a specific restaurant. We hope that this will lead each of us toward making the most positive decision when job hunting. |
